Well that was a nice holiday!

Yahoo, i finally have dates working on this thing! It wasn’t difficult, I was just being lazy… for a change.

I’m going to be in Italy with my girlfriend for the next week so there wont be any updates until I get back on Sunday.

We are going to Rome for 4 days, Florence for a couple and then Venice for a couple. How cool is that?! Damn cool thats how cool Unfortunately there wont be pics cos we still don’t have a digital camera we can take on trips. How annoying!

We have heaps of cool photos that I would like to show everyone but I cant be bothered scanning them all… Oh well…

Phew, maintaining a daily weblog is hard work.

Especially when you seem to spend your entire day traveling to and from work as I do. The most exciting thing that happened to me today, discounting the bus driver whinging about not accepting £20 notes, was that I added the links menu that you can see on the right. Which is not very exciting when you think about it.

I could maintain this thing once I got home at night and had a bit of time but do I? Do I have a bit of time at night? Not when its Tuesday! Not when its COP SHOW TUESDAY!!

Now I don’t know what Tuesdays are like in your elbow of the forest but here in London they are the best night to watch telly (As long as you don’t mind death, more death, dismemberment (and eventual death), assault (AKA murder) and er flowers.

Actually flowers don’t usually come up in the shows Rox and I watch on Tuesdays but there was this one episode once where this guy loved this girl so he gave her some flowers and then she killed him cos they weren’t Gerberas (sp?). Ok that didnt really happen but it might in future who knows??? Not you if you don’t watch COP SHOW TUESDAY thats for sure!!!

Fellatio, er Horatio Whatever his last name is and his team of over caffinated strip club drop-outs (the ballistics chick) try to find out why someone shot someone in Miami. Fun, Sun, Gun and er something else that rhymes with Gun. Or something. Horatio wishes he wasn’t in Miami. Probably.

9:30 - CSI - Crime Scene Investgation

Gil Grissom, the man whom Horatio can only hope to one be as cool as, leads his team of funny etc. people in search of murder most foul (and smelly and in pieces usually) whilst simultaneously cracking a lot of jokes etc. This is a cool show. Too bad these are repeats now and the new ones have been moved to Sat. Bastards.

10:30 - The Shield

This show is the shiznat (or something)! Vic Mackay is the head of the Strike Team at Farmington police precinct. Like most cop show characters he is tough and street savvy. Unlike most regularly beats the crap out of people to get information which means that sometimes its hard to work out who’s the criminal and who isnt. It also means that he is under investigation by internal affairs for most of the show. Speaking of affairs, in the last episode Vics wife found out he was sleeping with another lady!!! Yahoo! How exciting! Whats going to happen tonight I wonder??! I may sound sarcastic but this show is actually really cool. So there.

Well it was a bit of a slow morning but the news is finally starting to come in.

First off, more Blaine baiting. Blaine is buzzed by burger.

Now, i’m trying not to swear much on this site… I would like my grandma to be able to come on here and see pictures of her grandson and his friends having fun around the world… but I think i need to make an exception in this case. WHAT THE FUCK?

Well.. back at work after a weekend packed with jam from boots to er, top of head…

To kick it off we, the Support Tourism In London Crew (Deb, Reid, Bel, Rox and I), went to Alton Towers on Sat. And I tell ya, theres nothing like being dropped miles vertically into a hole in the ground to get the blood pumping. I think I was pulling about 6 Gs at one point on the Nemesis!

Sunday Rox and I went to see Australia vs Jamaica at Majedski (sp?) Stadium. Anyway Australia won 2-1.. bastards! Hehe nah it was cool.

I made a point of barracking loudly for Jamaica cos a) I am jamaican (although don’t ask Rox that) and b) It annoyed Rox (hehe). She’s Austrayan and it pained her greatly to see her (in every other respect totally awesome) boyfriend going for anyone else. Even his country of birth. “But you have been on youth allowance!” she cried. “You owe Austraya mate! Crikey!”. Hehe she didnt say it exactly like that actually.

Well Australia won the match but football (soccer!) won in the end didn’t it kids… yes it was a great day, lots of green and yellow (both sides have the same national colours), lots of drunk lound aussies and lots of loud (very loud) drunk Jamaicans.. yahooo!

A great touch by the jamaicans was the massive sound system trucks they had set up outside the stadium to blast the teams with ragga music when the match was over.. Jamaica may have lost but you couldn’t tell REPRAZENT!!!

Oh yeah, and Friday we went to see the most boring man in the word get into a box… David Blaine you are a freak. I saw footage of him… sitting…in..a…box… great.
